The Desert Ski Club is thrilled to announce that we’re heading to this year’s Ski Bum Prom at Silver Mountain! Dust off your retro ski gear and come ready to party!

Dates
• March 5-8, 2026
Cost
• $375 gets you 3 nights lodging, champagne welcome toast, pizza dinner Friday night, and après snacks on the mountain before the prom (car-pool on your own)
• $65 for Social Only (no lodging)
Schedule of Events
• Thursday Afternoon/Night - Lodging check-in and champagne toast at the Fairbridge Inn
• Friday – Ski Lookout (or Silver, your choice)
• Friday Night – Group Dinner at the Fairbridge Inn
• Saturday – Ski Silver, Night Ski, Après on the mountain, Ski Bum Prom
• Sunday – Ski Silver (or Lookout, your choice)
Lodging Details
• Check-in Thursday March 5th after 3 pm, check-out Sunday March 8th before 11 am.
• Lodging will be at the Fairbridge Inn, with a few exceptions for couples.
• Single Supplements are $150 at the Fairbridge.
Ski Bum Prom Details
Join us for an evening filled with fun, dancing, and on-the-mountain memories. Do you have what it takes to be the next Ski Bum Prom King or Queen?
• Saturday March 7th in Moguls (in the lodge at the top of the gondola)
• Night skiing until 6 pm
• Live music in Moguls from 4-8 pm
• Ski Bum Prom King and Queen crowned and charity raffle at 5:30 pm
• Theme: Vintage Ski Vibes – think neon, one-piece suits, and wild accessories!

Lift Ticket Information
• You will provide your own lift tickets. Reservations are not required, but online booking is recommended.
• Indy: Silver is on the Indy Pass. Saturday Mar 7th is a blackout date for Indy Base and Indy AddOn Base Pass. Indy+ Passes are not subject to blackout dates. Sunday at Silver you can use any Indy Pass.
• Powder Alliance: Silver is a Powder Alliance resort. Full pass holders at Mission or White can ski 3 free days Sunday – Friday at Silver (not valid on Saturday).
• Silver lift ticket rates: Saturday & Sunday $76 adult, $69 senior (65+).
• Lookout: ticket prices are not posted yet, but on Friday may be around $58 for adults, $48 for seniors (65+).

Cancellation Policy:
Note that with the decline of COVID, the standard DSC cancellation policy is now in effect.
Refunds will be made for cancellations, provided that your place on a trip is filled by a fully paid individual.
The trip leader will attempt to fill your cancellation from any waiting list. If the trip leader is not able to fill your cancellation from a waiting list, you may provide a replacement provided they are or become a DSC member.
If a replacement cannot be found, you will be refunded the amount you have paid, minus a $10 cancellation fee and minus any costs which were incurred by the DSC on your behalf for which the DSC cannot recover the cost.
Full refunds will be provided for a trip which is cancelled by the DSC.
